Frank is currently serving his third full term as Alderman of Palos Hills' 5th Ward. Frank and his wife of 44 years, Alice, raised their 2 sons, Frank and Michael who along with their wives Dawn and Karen have given them 5 grandchildren, Jonathan, Michael, Kasidy, Emily and Jessica.
Frank retired in December 2001 from the State of Illinois Department of Transportation, Traffic Division where he served as Head Foreman for 31 years.
Frank's service to Palos Hills doesn't end with being an Alderman. He is a member in good standing for the past 15 years of the Loyal Order of Moose, he served as the Chairman of the Community Resources Department for 5 years, served as Finance Chairman for 1 year and is currently the Chairman of the Public Works, Sewer & Water, and a member of the Economic Development Committee.
Frank views his service to the residents of the 5th ward as a privilege and serves proudly with fellow 5th ward alderman, Mary Ann Schultz.
"Since the past election of Mary Ann Schultz in the 5th Ward, I feel our team of Williams and Schultz will be giving the 5th ward the best representation possible. We are interested in attending all condo, townhome and homeowners association meetings and frequently hold chat sessions dealing with the problems that may arise with these groups. We extend an offer to all associations of the 5th ward to ask us to attend their meetings with 1 weeks advanced notice."
