Lessee responsible for food arrangements. A list of local caterers will be provided on request. |

BEVERAGE SERVICE |
Lessor will provide soft drinks, beer and wine, wine coolers, currently in stock at market price per drink unless otherwise specified. All liquor sales will be controlled by the Lessor. Mixed drinks will also be available at $5.00 per drink. |

HOURS |
The hours of operation will be from dawn until midnight. |

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Visa/Mastercard required |
$350 required at the time of booking. The full amount will be returned at the conclusion of the event provided there is no damage to the clubhouse or any equipment. |

PAYMENT |
50% down payment due at the time of booking with the balance due 21 days prior to the event.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, corporate/cashiers check, Visa or Mastercard. ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS. |

CANCELLATIONS |
Cancellations 120 days or more prior to the event, a full refund will be given.
Cancellations 119 days to 21 days prior to the event for any reason, the lessee will forfeit the security deposit and all other paymenst made.
Cancellations of less than 21 days, the lessee will forfeit all payments including the security deposit. |
