Office of the City Clerk

The City Clerk is the official keeper of the records for the City of Palos Hills, and the clerk’s office is the designated repository for all official documents of the city. As such, the Clerk publishes the Journal of Proceedings to reflect all legislative action.

The Clerk also issues all applications for special permits and licenses, including business licenses and applications for building permits.

The Clerk must attest to all official documents issued by the City and signed by the Mayor.
