Beginning October 1, 2025, the envelope that is sent with the water bills to our residents every month for payment to our lockbox processing center, will no longer be included and the processing center address will no longer be utilized with the water bills.

This is due to the low volume of residents utilizing our lockbox and the time it takes for the post office to deliver the payment envelopes to the processing center.

Because of the low volume and delay with the post office, we encourage residents to use the following options when paying their water bills to ensure timely payments:

  • Pay your water bill online at: www.paloshillsweb.org and go to the quick link “Pay Your Water Bill” this will bring you to the E-Pay site to make a payment;
  • Set up auto-pay at City Hall with a credit/debit card or checking account;
  • Use our drop box in front of City Hall (payments are processed same day); or
  • Pay in person:
