COVID-19 Vaccinations Walk-ins Welcome

In coordination with Cook County Department of Public Health and Cook County Government, Walk-ins are now welcome at six of the mass vaccination sites throughout the county. Walk-ins are welcome, but to make an appointment call 833-308-1988 or visit myshotcookcounty.com. Be aware that operation hours of each site are subject to change.

Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Vaccinations are free, regardless of insurance or immigration status.

Mass Vaccination sites

Tinley Park

  • Vaccination: Johnson & Johnson and Moderna (individuals will have a choice of Johnson & Johnson or Moderna)
  • Age Range: 18+ years

Forest Park (Former Hobo)

  • Vaccination: Pfizer
  • Age Range: 16+ years (individuals 16 or 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

Des Plaines (Former K-Mart)

  • Vaccination: Pfizer
  • Age Range: 16+ years (individuals 16 or 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

  • Vaccination: Pfizer
  • Age Range: 16+ years (individuals 16 or 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
