The Building Department will begin accepting digital Building Permit Applications and Contractor Registrations on January 1st. Per the City’s operation policies, completion of a digital permit application and/or contractor registration does not constitute immediate authorization to begin work. Application documents and accompanying registration documents must still be internally reviewed prior to payment and permission to perform work.
