Help for Consumers Struggling to Make Payments during COVID-19

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) has announced ways it can help consumers who are struggling with making payments with debts due during the COVID-19 Crisis. The IDFPR is also providing guidance to regulated financial sectors during the crisis.
