ComEd has released on their website an updated RedBook – Guide to Installing or Revising your Residential Electrical Service that is available on ComEd’s website at https://www.comed.com/SiteCollectionDocuments/MyAccount/MyService/RedBook.pdf.
ComEd developed this guide to help property owners and electricians to work with ComEd in each step of their project. ComEd has outlined their minimum requirements for electrical service, but ComEd still encourages residents, business owners, and contracted electricians to contact the City for any further requirements related to their project.
